This booklet contains the consolidated version of Act No XCIX. of 2008 on the support and special employment rules of performing arts organisations, effective as from March 2. 2009., which is not the authentic version thereof, so this version may not be used for the application of the law in practice. Authentic text of the Act XCIX of 2008 and its amending Acts are published in Magyar Közlöny, the Official Gazette of the Republic of Hungary; in the event of any inconsistency between this brochure and the authentic text of the Act on the support and special employment rules of performing arts organisations the version published in Magyar Közlöny shall apply.
